Why Therapy With Us?

 When looking for support in managing life’s challenges, it can feel like an additional burden to find a space that feels safe. We provide remote (tele-therapy) sessions; this allows you to feels safe in your most comfortable space. We understand that meeting the client where they are is a fundamental practice of therapy and trust building within the therapist/client relationship.

Although sessions are remote, focus is still on how the client is holistically approaching their everyday life challenges and how they are developing healthy coping skills. This includes but is not limited to the use of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Psychoanalysis, as well as ongoing assessment and development of wellness and self care plans.
